Next, we’ll have a 90-minute strategy session where we’ll bring everything together. Your goals, strengths, challenges and ambitions, to create a clear, personalised roadmap for your leadership.

During my 15-years as a HR Director & Leadership Advisor/Coach, I've supported Board Members, CEO's, Leaders & Managers to lead with more confidence & impact and build high performing teams.

How much time will I need to commit each week?
The Accelerator is designed to fit around a busy schedule. Aside from our 90-minute strategy call and 2x 30-minute coaching calls, you can dip into the training and use the WhatsApp/email support whenever you need. Most leaders spend 1–2 hours a week applying what they’ve learned.
What if I don’t know what my “#1 barrier” is?
That’s completely fine, most people don’t! That’s why we start with the onboarding questionnaire and Gallup Strengths Assessment. Together, we’ll uncover exactly what’s holding you back and where to focus your time and effort for maximum results.
How is the support delivered?
You’ll get six weeks of direct 1-1 support with me via WhatsApp and email, plus two 30-minute coaching calls. This means you’ll always have someone to turn to when challenges come up, whether it’s feedback on a situation, accountability to stay on track, or advice on how to handle something in real time.
What if I don’t have time right now?

How much does it cost?
The six-week VIP 1-1 Leadership Accelerator is £1,497. This includes your Gallup Strengths Assessment and debrief, a 90-minute strategy call, two coaching calls, full access to my Leadership Training & Resources and six weeks of accountability and support.
What if I need more support after the six weeks?
You’ll have the option to continue working with me on a monthly basis if you’d like ongoing coaching and support. Many leaders choose this to keep building momentum.
